Was established in 1977, manufacturing two types of pepperoni: cooked and dry cured. They also manufacture a line of Italian deli meats such as: Capicollo, Mortadella, cooked Pancetta, Genoa Salami and Italian pork sausage all under the Sila label. Viau Foods is a HACCP certified and USDA approved plant with a triple A rating from Agriculture Canada.
